How to accessorise this dress?

I have a dress similar to the one below but in silk, with 3/4 length looser sleeves and a symmetrical hem.

Because I'm quite curvy it looks a bit shapeless without a belt but I'm really struggling to accessorise it.

What style/colour belt, shoes, tights, jacket, jewellery would you wear with it? Going for dinner and drinks.

I'm fair - a Summer i think - and size 10-12 with ok legs.
