Epilating vs Waxing

I have been regularly epilating my legs for about 10 years now, and find it really quick, easy and virtually painless, but it seems that no matter how carefully I try to do it I always miss a few hairs.

I think this is a combination of just missing some, and some not being caught by the epilator because they are too short and fine, but after a couple of days growth they appear thicker and more obvious.

I am getting married soon and would like to have my legs properly hairless for the whole of my honeymoon. Would waxing be more efficient, or do you still get a few hairs left with this also?

Is there an optimum length for the hairs to be for a waxing?

Thanks x

Waxing is a lot more efficient. I epilate all the time (its free!) but always book in a wax pre holiday. Waxing will pick up much shorter hairs but obviously the longer you are prepared to let them grow the better.
