only in america - i have dark brown hair and want to highlight hair like this without it turning orange - so no lemons or chamamile tea - garnier do something too - but i cant find a store that sells it

paint it on, spray it on - not really arsed as long as i dont use a cap becuase my hair is to my arse and that fucking cap hurts

so can you help with any suggestions please
