Any one got any tips for improving posture? I'm terrible for slouching and it's starting to give me niggling pains in my back and shoulders. TIA

Yoga.

Helps your alignment, strengthens spine and gets rid of rounded shoulders.

Pilates also good.
Imagine a thread running from the base of your spine to the top of your head and someone pulling it so you sit up straight, move your shoulder blades back and down. Never sit at a desk for longer than 30 mins without getting up and moving around. Gentle neck rolls will loosen neck muscles. Shoulder raises help, hunch your shoulders up around your ears, and then back down again......

When you walk into a room, you're boobs have to arrive before your nose! As advised by my very good physio colleague.
So, properly fitted bra, shoulders back and as others said core abdomen toning. The reason we slouch our shoulders forward is coz our slack abdominal muscles want to be slouching too.
