Matte base eyeshadow

I'm desperately searching for the perfect base eyeshadow. I want it to be a matte colour, at the moment I have MAC Brule but I'm quite a cool toned person so it looks a bit yellow on me somehow. I lovely retro and burlesque style makeup so really I'm looking for a slightly muted version of that sort of look.

Any ideas please? Favourite matte beige/ivory/nude shades very welcome!

Benefit did a nice one called Low Profile which was very good for use as a base or for a very subtle daytime look. Not sure if it's still available though. If not you might be able to find it on ebay.

I use Malt as I am fairly cool,it's a pinkier beige.
It's difficult to find something matte,but I love the effect.

Thank you, I will have a look at both. I know Bobbi Brown do lots but unfortunately I am allergic to those!

Soap & Glory do a palette with 2 nude eyeshadows (one cream, one natural / slightly pinky) a brown & an aubergine - I really like the nude shades, they are matte & give a good base.

I love Too Faced for natural palettes or singles. They are really suited to a lighter complexion.
