Can I use henna after stripping the colour from my hair?

Depends on the colour you want, it will go bright orange.

It will go very bright orange, but won't actually be bad for your hair. Is your hair fair?

You can't strip henna though. So if you use it and don't like the colour, you won't be able to bleach it out, only dye it darker.

I read that gin or vodka takes henna out (I think you need to keep pouring it over your hair, catch it in a plastic basin)
