Help I need to find boys school trousers for a gigger waist but a regular leg ! I have tried zeco but too big on the legs my son has a bigger waist measurement but a regular leg measurement !!!

Can anyone please help ! I need some school trousers for my 12 year old boy and I am struggling to find half elasticated only by zeco but they are too baggy on the legs his waist is bigger but legs are regular ???
