Hooded eyes. Best eye shadow?

I sound attractive don't I
As mid fifties hit, my upper eyelids are getting very hooded.
Any ideas how to open my eyes out, barring surgery?

Have a search on YouTube, lots of posts on hooded eyes. Pixiwoo have a couple. Check out Lisa Eldridges uploads, there's one on makeup for mature skin that's v good.

Lisa eldridge has a video tutorial for a smokey eye if you have hooded lids which is v good.
