Dresses for the petite

Hi, can anyone recommend some good online or none online shops that do good summer dresses for short women? I am only 5ft and a size 10. I am looking for some summer dresses that are knee length or just above. Thanks.

I am more into those kinda skater dresses, or A line ones. Anymore?

Primark has a lot of skater style dresses and shirt style dresses. Given that primark cut things very short, they tend to be about the right length when on someone very petite. I too am only five foot and I find it difficult to find anything the right length. Dorothy Perkins is also worth a look if you have a store nearby.

Thanks one sometimes it sucks being short. I will take a peak in primark.

Not that I'm small enough for them now but it might be worth looking at some of the older teenage girls clothes. If you're a size ten or thereabouts, you might find the age range of 14-15 year old might fit. They certainly fit me when I was around a size 10. It is trial and error though as much like women's clothing, the sizes vary between stores. I found H&M to be one of the best though, not quite so childish in style/pattern/cut as some places.

Asos has a petite section that has loads of skater dresses. Topshop also has a petite section that's quite good. HTH

Yes lucy that is helpful, I will check those two out, I prefer to buy online but hate returning items if they don't fit.

I've bought skater dresses from this place. Cheap and cheerful. I'm 5'0, and they come to a couple of inches above the knee.
