I think they're quite generous.

They definately stretch. Only jeans I have that don't need permanently hitching up though, slightly higher waisted without being ridiculous.

Lot of stretch agree with pramdunce highwaisted but not ridiculously so.

Oasis jeans are high waisted, which is why I like them, but not ridiculous, just flattering. They do stretch a bit and if you are at all hourglass, you will need to wear a belt.

the other pair I have and love are H & M Loyal fit jeans. Apparently bootcut are passe, but the fit of these jeans, and the cherry, are second to none for me. And I've cried in many a changing room when it comes to jeans.

I also like the M&S '5 pocket jeggings' in black, indigo and lighter wash. The length is better on me than the Cherry, too.

Oasis come up a fairly true size in my experience.

I'm a size 8/10 pear and like low rise but I love my Cherrys - I don't think they're especially high rise, mid maybe. V stretchy, I squished into size 8 sale jobs for £14

I wear size 10 cherries but am always a size 12 elsewhere for trousers - they can get a bit tight by the end of the day but look better on than the 12's that I tried!

I love my Cherrys - the fit is so flattering. I do like to wear a belt with them though. I'd say they were mid-rise and true to size. Enough stretch to fit well.
