Moisturiser for acne/sensitive skin (23yo)

My skin is so bad at the mo, breastfeeding - not enough water intake. But what moisturiser will work. ? Feels dry and dull but break outs are bad

Most moisturizers break me out but La Roche Posay Effaclar line and Eucerin urea cream are safe choices on my skin. Eucerin particularly good on tight, flaky winter skin, immediate relief. And buy big water glasses or keep a big bottle near your bed.

cetaphil cleanser and moisturizers are very good in treating dry sensitive acne prone skin.but it might be just hormonal?did you just give birth?
