This morning I rediscovered a much loved leather, a-line skirt in the pile of clothes put away in favour of maternity wear (DD is now 1). It's always nice to find something I love to wear that still fits

It's a mid brown colour (not tan leather, not chocolate coloured) and I've teamed it with a cream blouse, a soft black cardi with a belt and black opaques. It's a good clothes day and I like it.
But then I couldn't find the right pair of shoes. I've made do with a nondescript black pair with a small heel, fine for the office, but 'meh' really. Every time I look at my feet I feel sad that my skirt is being let down by them. What shoes would you wear with this skirt?
