Great Plains - a wee warning

Just as it says really, nothing exciting. I sent stuff back nearly three weeks ago and still haven't had a refund. Contaced them today as it is now ten working days since they acknowledged I had returned the goods, and they have emailed saying that they have now processed it but it could take up to another5 days Compared to other online shops I have used that is just rubbish!

Another wee tip to add... I wanted something from Great plains but didn't want to pay delivery& possible returns. Found same item on Zalando who do free delivery & returns. So got it from there. First time to use Zalando & happy so far, but I am keeping the garment so don't know what they are like for returns.

Anyway, after all my rambling, hope you get your refund. What were you returning? I got the striped maxi skirt, love it, just need to get it taken up as I'm a shortie.

I've ordered from them far too many quite a few times and never had a problem with refunds/returns.

Was returning a swingy coat type thing. Was far too big. V annoying as I'm skint and want my 70 quid back! Response pretty poor. Glad other folk have got on ok but it's enough to put me off. Reckon nowadays online service should be loads better.

They were rubbish when I tried to do a return as well, they replied to my emails but didn't respond to any of the things I actually asked. Took forever to arrive and the clothes were not good, huge and different colour from the website. I won't be buying from them again.

My white crew neck T shirt got out of shape really quickly and took a strange pink colour despite separating the washes. Rubbish. My Matalan throw away holiday T shirts have lasted better,
