Since moving house a few weeks ago my hair has become so static! I really dont know whats causing it. As a teenager my hair was static and it was awful, but about 5 years ago it changed and became sleek and smooth and more manageable. I just thought it was age, but I'm starting to wonder, 5 years ago I moved to birmingham and have been there ever since. I've just moved back to where I grew up in weston super mare!

Is it the sea air? is it just coincidence? What can i do? is there a product I can use to de static my hair? please help its driving me insane!

Try a tumble dryer sheet. Works on my fine staticky hair and is v cheap!

Hmm interesting. Perhaps it is the sea air. Argan oil does the trick on my hair when its gets static.

I've tried tresame argan oil but it doesnt make any difference. I'm going to try some diffrent shampoos and will give that tumble dryer sheet tip a go!

I have a very flaky scalp tho, so any tips for shampoo to use? (thats not head and sholders, I've recently started using that and its made it 100x worse!)
