Lash Perfect / eyelash extensions

Has anyone had eyelash extensions in the sun? I have lash perfect ones and my beautician said I should consider having them removed before I go on a beach holiday for 2 weeks.

The sun won't affect them but your sun tan lotion might - you need to keep anything oil based away from them. I would wear them but just be really careful with sun tan lotion application.

Thanks Happy. That's what I would prefer to do but don't want them to look awful by the end of the holiday.
