Below-knee dress??

I'm already stressing about a wedding I'm going to this summer. My legs have loads of horrible thread veins thanks to my darling babies so I really don't want to wear an above the knee dress (hoping it'll be hot so no tights). Sick of maxi dresses which make me look frumpy and/or pregnant, where can I find a nice, fashionable, not too bridesmaidy truly below (not on) the knee dress??

My budget is probably up to £200. It will hurt me, but I guess I'm going to have to pay that much to get something nice and well-made. I'm 5'7, fairly amply-boobed, quite small waist but big hips/tummy/arse.
