Shoe help needed!

Hello wise ones, I need some help with finding some comfortable lightweight shoes for my travels in the summer.

I will be in a tropical country for two weeks and as well as the sandals I am taking I would like some lightweight pumps / shoes for sightseeing and walking around in. I don't find sandals comfy for walking far in.

Caveats -

• must be flat. No ballet pumps.
• must have comfortable soles / footbed for my sore feet (plantar fasciitis in one foot)

So far I have seen these ones from Keen that seem promising, but haven't seen anything else much. Doesn't have to be canvas though.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I could do with something like those for our holiday as well. They are a bit too many £££ though.

I know. I'm wincing at the price too, but they are the only suitable ones I've seen so far.

Actually, have just found them on ebay (new) for £39.99, so that's a bit better!

I can walk for miles in my Birkenstocks.

Yep birkenstocks are fab, I have some birki sandals. Do they do pumps?
