Help! Navy costume for 13yr old

My dd is 13. She is very tall and a size 12. The problem is she needs a navy swimming costume for school but all of the adult ones have very high cut legs. I don't really want her to have to start shaving or waxing at such a young age. Any suggestions of good low leg costumes would be great.

Yes I looked at those but thought she might get teased. It is so difficult to get it right in the teenage peer pressure world!!!

does it have to be plain, or might you get away with a little bit of other colour?

Bit of colour ok but has to be mainly navy.

lands end has lots of nice black ones but only this navy one with a bit of pattern. Their 'tugless' swimsuits are really good but they only do black. Also some suits in long sizes,

Landsend look great. She has a long body so that is a great option. Do you know if they are true to size?

this is very palin and normally cut and you could look at this, if you're very rich and she's a serious swimmer.

I have a US10 long and would wear an M and S 12/14 and I'm 5'10 and it is nice and long. They never have many long ones ,they are fab if they have one in her size. The fabric is really good quality and doesn't ride up.
