I went in M&S today and saw quite a lot I liked. I was quite impressed with some of their clothes,and could have bought quite a few things.

I can tell I would like it.Will report back tomorrow when I have seen it!

The M&S local to where I work is dire. I have the ubiquitous M&S Skinnys/jeggings and they are great. The only other things I like are some of their Limited Collection Ts in cotton or linen.

DD has an inset day on Friday so we will hit the shops

That lace dress is beyond hideous (but to be fair I cannot abide lace). The autograph 'dress' looks nice but is it actually a dress or just a big shirt?

The suede pumps, however - they are lovely, they look just like the ones that Hobbs used to do for treble the price and leave stains all over your bloody feet at the first hint of raindrop. I am having them! :o

Only I'm not, because they've sold out my size in every feckin' colour. Grrrrrr.

Saw the Autograph dress in M and S Marble Arch having seen it online and was just put off by the cupro - didn't think it had a nice look or feel. Seemed cheap. But maybe that's just me.

I tried a Ltd Collection linen t-shirt on last week and it was horrible - really scratchy and cheap feeling and a v strange shape, both shapeless and clingy at the same time.

Both truly awful normal m&s!

But on the plus side I bought some M&S Autograph nail-varnish and have been wearing it for a week and its not chipped at all. Quite impressed!

This is gorgeous and the picture does it no justice. It's a lovely pattern with really rich colours.
