Are spanx worth the £££?

I have bought a fitted wiggle type dress for going out next week-dress fits-just!-but have a terrible overhang after 3 c-sections. I have some cheapy control pants from primark/m&s but wondered if it is worth investing in spanx? Advice please ladies.

Tbh I have spanx and I would say they are just as good as primary, M&S etc they are def no better and not worth the extra money xx

Go to tkmaxx. They have lots of control underwear that's loads
cheaper than spanx.

I have a sucky in slip thingy from M&S I have worn it loads this week and squeezed myself into dresses I've not seen in 3 years.

I've had tons of compliments and it's been great. It really has sucked me in. but I can't breathe or walk
