In a fit of frivolity (stupidity?) I decided to subscribe to Grazia. They do a bundled print + digital subscription. Wel,l the magazine arrives promptly through the letterbox every week which is fine but the online digital subscription (supposedly accessed through an app on my Ipad 3) refuses to let me access the content. I have emailed Bauer Media (the seller of the content) about 11 times and each time they send me an email apologising for the problems and saying they'll 'update me in two days'. They don't update me and they have completely failed to sort out the access problem. Their idea of this is to cut and paste the login subscription into a new email. This has been going on for nearly a month. It's a complete waste of my time and money. I wish I'd never bothered.
I'm posting this so others are aware of the problems with accessing digital content. Hopefully it will save someone else wasting their money on this digital subscription. This would apply to anything sold by Bauer media too, which trades as "Great Magazines". Be warned!
(I'm waiting for someone to point out that Grazia is fatuous crap anyway, I know, I know ...)
