HD Brows?

Hi, lurked on here for a while but only just plucked up the courage to post.
I have naturally pale ginger hair which I have seen no more than an inch of root in over 20 years (only 35 so been dying it a long time!). I currently have deep red long hair and am thoroughly enjoying having thicker brows as per current style. My only problem is I use a lot of brow pencil.
My friend and I are currently booked into our local salon for HD Brows, the girl in the salon who does them is former Benefit brow bar trained so not too worried.
Just wondering if anyone else has had them done and how they felt about them? I'm not after anything really dark and dramatic, just tidied and tinted into a nice colour and shape so I can take one thing out of the morning make up routine!

Hi I have just had brows threaded and waxed in hd shape but without the colour done- i then dyed my hair - im auburn -and i used a bit of my hair dye at end of dying and it worked a treat.i read the tip in vouge mag that top hairdressers do it to tone in customres brows!!i too am having thicker brows at moment- naturally they are virtually see thro-so plae- but now they tone with my hair and give definition.
.also on e bay there are different shades of proffesional brow dye.justas a choice... .i saw chestnut colour on e bay- i typed in brown hair dye and then got linked to one of the prof salons dyes which gave a choice of shades including light brown ,chestnut and even red.

I,ve been having mine threaded for yonks now but had a different girl from normal who made them more defined and dyed them a little darker .No fewer than 3 of my work colleagues commented on how lovely they were in an environment that isn't conjusive to comments on beauty e.t.c.my hair is also dyed auburn ,so, now I love them...I just can't afford to maintain .Have a go....it doesn't last long...

To keep them looking good you do need to buy a pallet of colour that they use so you can brush the colour in daily a good hd tint should last up to two weeks it depends on Individual growth.

You can keep them looking amazing hd brows need to be kepted up the first appointment they will help you find the shape and encourage you to grow some of your brows to create the shape :)

It's addictive but can look amazing x

I use a cotton bud dipped in my hair dye when I dye my hair and carefully put on my eyebrows. I know you are not supposed to do this and you must be very careful that you don't accidentally get any in your eyes. I leave it on for five -ten minutes and my brows look great. The colour does eventually fade and I use star gazer semi permanent tattoo pen until I dye my hair again.

Reviews are mixed but it works great for me

I have very dark hair but the pen comes in other colours.

HD are well worth it - difference is amazing and everyone commented (even friend I rarely see who works for a big UK fashion mag :) )

I have HD brows done. So far I have had 6 treatments, it it great but I would say its not an instant thing to get really good looking brows!!

They draw in eyebrows to how they should be according to your face shape so if you are slightly overplucked then you need to be growing sections in.

My eyebrows were a bit too far apart, slightly overplucked on the top one side etc as another poster said you will need a palette to powder in the gaps whilst growing them in.

I have to say though it has been worth it and i'm really pleased with how they are looking.
