Oil cleansing without cloths?

I was using Shu Uemura cleansing oils, which are totally gorgeous. You rub them into dry skin then just splash water on and voila clean skin. I just can't get on with flannels, muslins, cloths - I get spots and broken little veins around my nose. Currently using Liz Earle and can't wait to finish it up so I can bin the bloody cloths.

I can't afford the Shu stuff atm and was wondering about OCM but don't want to use a cloth - has anyone tried adding emulsifying agents to the oil so that the water rinses it away cleanly?

The Shu stuff turns milky when water is added, that's what I need a cleansing oil to do. Any chemists out there?! Smile

yy adding emulsifiers to oils for the OCM is doable / done.

Thanks Lettuce - what would I need to add to the oil?

The dermalogica pre cleanse emulsifies. I buy it in the large salon size from eBay and its last for months and months.
