Me & Em returns...

Hi, I returned I maxi skirt to Me & Em last Monday and I have not received any confirmation from them. Anyone has returned anything to them, and any problems or delay?

They can be slow to process returns, last time it took 3 weeks before I got a refund.

No, it's quite annoying! Maybe send them an email to speed things up.

They are awful at returns. I returned something and forgot to chase it (after previous slow refund) and it suddenly appeared about 6 weeks later.

I called to chase up a return about 3 weeks after posting it, no apology but they did process the refund that day having explained that they could see from their system that the parcel had arrived 'a week or so ago'.

Same as above. They must have had the returns back for around 3 weeks and I hadn't heard from them. When I chased they refunded next day but it has put me off a bit.

WEES, v v v slow at returns, but perfectly lovely on the phone when I've chased up, and it always comes through in the end [reminder to check whether last return has been refunded yet...]
