Can anybody help me get big curls

I have boob length hair and I am trying to get the look of big bouncy curls at the bottom half of my hair, not all over.
Is there a tong that will do that- I just bought a 2" tong, which left waves not bouncy curls Confused
I also have used tongs and 1" tong, but find the curls too tight.

Hope someone can help Smile

Use the smaller tong but curl big sections of hair, then run a brush through the curls & give your head a shake to loosen them up. The curls will drop into a bigger bouncier curl.

Or

Use the bigger tong on small sections of hair. Use a mousse beforehand and a strong hold hairspray afterwards to hold the curl.

If you have a GHD straightener you can use it to make nice bouncy curls, watch a YouTube tutorial to learn how to do it. It's easier than you'd think.

Babyliss heated rollers i love mine . Pop them in , do your make up and get dressed .Then take them out and you have big bouncy curls.
