I went in about a month ago with dry ish stressed skin and they recommended the elemental herbology Bio-cellular matrix serum (stupid name I know) and gave me a sample. I went back a few days later and bought some, it's been fantastic really nourishing but not too heavy about 45 quid but you only use a little bit.

Love the products but hate the service. Assistants are helpful until they realise you won't be purchasing anything. Complained to head office and got a huge selection of samples as an apology.

Actually I sort of agree with sh77, every time I go in they are lovely and super helpful, but once I went in to replace my facewash that had just run out, I was on my way back from rowing training (so dressed in jogging bottoms, lycra tops and wellies, so not dressed nicely!) and they completely ignored me. I was actually standing at the till for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and let me pay, nobody bothered! I actually had to go and ask someone if I could please pay! They weren't busy either

Still love the products though.

I really like the solid bath salts blocks and scented candles, but my absolute favourite is the little sets of bottles of aromatherapy bath oils, where they are called things like 'Rescue' 'Relax' Revive' etc. They are tiny, tiny bottles but the oils are really concentrated so you can get four or five baths out of each one. And they smell beautiful.

How do you all manage to get these free samples at space nk? I've bought a few things there, including a few bottles of by terry tinted moisturiser at £60!!! a pop, and yet I never get the samples. I've even tried asking, and then maybe get a derisory one-use sample of somethings random.

OP make sure you come backuadd tell us what you bought and thought of the shop
