Help very bad split end damage

Have stupidly straightened my hair (wet!) with straighteners and caused no end of damage. Split ends, frizzy hair. I'm going to get the split ends trimmed next week but is there anything anyone would recommend I can put on to calm the damage down before I get to the hairdressers next week?

Sweet almond oil left on overnight does the trick when my hair looks the worse for wear.

a course of this should work wonders for you and some morrocan oil on a regular basis:)

Just use some Argan oil. I have the most awful and unmanageable hair in the world, I have lots and lots of fine, frizzy, wavy, dry hair and Argan oil works wonders.

coconut oil rubbed in works wonders
