payment details on joules website help !

does anyone know how i remove card details that i have saved on the joules website ? its doing my head in!
it says it cannot authorize my payment , joules told me to remove my saved card and try again but i cant see how to do it .

They're investigating this exact problem for me at the moment. It started after the website was updated, a few months ago. Was told it was a glitch (othe r people online were complaining of same problem too), but months later hadn't been resolved.

It doesn't actually attempt to authorise my card, an instant message appears on pressing the payment button, telling me my card has not been authorised. Oh, and it won't let you remove card details. Adding another, different, card doen't seem to make a difference either.

Anyway, it's been passed to tech, and customer services are going to update me shortly. I won't hold my breath, their customer service has been dreadful lately.
