What can i wear underneath?

I'm a 34DD bra size and can't wear anything adhesive due to allergies.

Am in a bit of a panic as we've just been invited to a black tie event with less than a week's notice. Still need to get an overnight babysitter too.

Would it be possible to sew the front of a bra into the dress from the straps and attached to the side seams but with no back? I once did that with a dress and it worked ok.
