Do you think i could return this foundation?

I buy YSL perfect touch, the one with a brush.
Anyway went on holiday, and not sure if its because of the pressure in the hold but its leaked probably half the bottle into the lid, as if its been squeezed out through the brush.
Ive only had it just over a month

Do you think they would replace it?

I doubt it

MimikosPanda · 06/03/2013 11:18

I don't think so, I'm not even sure on what basis you'd ask for a replacement really.

mummywithnosleep · 06/03/2013 11:22

I think if you ask nicely then maybe

If you don't ask you won't know

Do ask nicely though and I would probably approach it in the "is this foundation ok to use I think there may be something wrong with the brush"

BettySwollocksandaCrustyRack · 06/03/2013 12:23

Am confused as to why you would ask???It isn't their fault really is it??

Annoying though!

staceyl900 · 06/03/2013 12:43

Ah, so unfortunate, but I guess they'd say it's nothing to do with them, just one of those things.

MrsDoomsPatterson · 06/03/2013 12:49

If you went in with a clueless 'Whatever could have happened' face, then you may be lucky, depends who you get I guess.

valiumredhead · 06/03/2013 13:15

I would chance it and tell them it has leaked but not that it was while on holiday.
