Im thinking of getting eyelash extensions for my wedding, but am worried that I might have a reaction or damage my eyes! Does anyone else get eyelash extensions, should I be worried?!

I've had it done once and it looked lovely for about a week, then it looked like eyelash alopecia as they dropped off (taking natural eyelash with them) in patches, then my real eyelashes looked rubbish for about 5 months afterwards. Maybe worth it for your wedding, but individual glue on ones look just as good - are you ahving your make up done? I've had the Mac shop make up artists do the stick on ones and they do a cracking job.

If you have them have a practice lot done before. I had some and had a bad reacrion. My lids went puffy and the woman who did it was away as it was o a weekend. I had to try everything to get them off and ended up pulling loads out I ended up with hald bald lashes.
have since had temporary (48) hour ones done which were fine.
I have a friend who has them constantly and had no problems.

I would be really careful with any make-up/treatments that you've not used before (esp before your wedding). I've seen ladies loose clumps of lashes from poor beauty treatments. I would go for a false lash (try superdrug) or a extendin lash mascara. Brenda
