***Important News about Style Passport***

I just called Style Passport to chase whereabouts of an order and apparently they have had to cease trading! They are checking into my order status and will call me back.
If you have any orders with them I'd suggest giving them a call. Their site still seems to be up and running too so I would call before considering any orders.......

I'm worried about this. i just bought a pair of trainers from SP, I have already worn them twice and i love them BUT bought the same pair elsewhere last year and the zip fell off. they obv had to go back, by which point they had sold out everywhere hence waiting until this year when the style was re-launched to purchase again.

the chances are they will be fine, right? i was impressed by SPs customer service and the discount which is why i bought there, but now i have absolutely nowhere to go if the trainers do have a problem later down the line... unless i go straight to the supplier? they are Ash trainers, are their HQ any good does anyone know?

i know i'm worrying about nothing, essentially, but can anyone reassure or tell mw what they would do in these circs? ugh, panic panic, I hate it when my mind runs away with itself like this.

No idea foxy I assume you'd go back to Ash direct but if they're fine I wouldn't worry?

Due to the last minute collapse of an investment round, style-passport has been forced to close its doors. As soon as the Directors realised that the business could no longer continue to trade, we stopped taking new orders.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure customers that all existing orders will be fulfilled. All our suppliers have also been contacted and we are doing everything in our power to ensure that none are left materially out of pocket.
Everyone at style-passport would like to thank its devoted customers, our shareholders, agencies and suppliers who have supported us these past two years.
style-passport has been alive for a fraction under two years and in that time has grown its sales, customers and brands in this most difficult economic environment.
The passionate and talented team has worked hard because they all believed in this brand and its huge potential. We have survived a flood in our headquarters and the wettest summer in 100 years and still we have grown!
But unfortunately, it has not been enough.
This has been an amazing journey but sadly the destination has not been what we all believed it would be.
The company has appointed Marsh Hammond & Partners to oversee the process of Creditors? Voluntary Liquidation.
