Maternity leave is nearly over and I start a new job after Easter. I haven't really bought any new clothes for about 18 months except for some maternity stuff and some floaty tops for breastfeeding. I now am looking through my wardrobe and it is a desolate wasteland of things that don't fit me anymore, are faded and over washed and frankly looking rubbish.

My new job is teaching (as the name suggests!) but will be teaching tinies, not teenagers anymore so new clothes have to be practical and hard wearing and comfy as there will be lots of sitting on the floor etc.

So high street suggestions please! I am 5 foot 4, size 14-16 with big boobs. I have a long body and short little stumpy legs. I am allergic to wool and hate sweaty man made fibres. I like jersey dresses and comfy things for work. I also need suggestions for shoes which are not fugly, but are comfortable and not too sweaty and can be worn with bare legs. (I have size 8 feet which I HATE!)

I just have no idea where to start, if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be eternally grateful!
