Foundation help needed

I have never worn much makeup or been bothered about brand etc.
Recently I have needed to make a bit of effort so not to scare the general public Grin that is what four dc has done to me. Anyways I have just finished a virgin vie flawless perfection foundation which i liked and so when I was doing a Boots online order I got some Clinique super balanced makeup which just seems so thin and light and I need to use lots to get the same coverage as the thicker vv one.
I am a hopeless shopper and hate going into town, so i basically need some advice of a foundation that is as thick as the vv one. I have totally normal pale skin.

Thanks in advance.

A while back there was a thread on this and someone recommended Chanel Lumiere foundation. I bought it and would swear by it. Its is expensive but has lasted ages
I have pale skin if that helps !

Ok, there are lots of foundations and as you have normal skin, you can have the pick of them. As mother says, the Chanel is a good one and have enough choices for paler skin. I would also suggest YSL Touche Eclat foundation. It has a lot of love on here and it really does perk up your skin and is long wearing. It is runny, but I think the finish would impress you. If you like the all in one products, you could try Body Shop's all in one face base. Reasonably priced and a heavier coverage.

Thank you both, I appreciate your posts. I am going to look at all of the ones you have recommended. Smile
