Old Navy... ordering from the states?

I'm thinking about trying out Old Navy, a few people have suggested their plus sizes are good quality.

Wondered if anyone on MN had any experiences.

bootcut

I normally stick to bootcut as I am thunderous of thigh and bum, small in waist and have chunky calves, so I tend to look a bit ridiculous in skinny's.

I'm normally a UK 20, worked out it's a US 18. I am currently pregnant, DC2 is due in 6 weeks and though I'm not expecting to get into jeans straight away. I'm fed up with my crappy evans ones that are fine for a few hours and then fall down.

Old Navy is a cheap version of the GAP so not great quality. OK for what it is.

i have no idea about the plus jeans landscape in the UK but think you could find similar in dorothy perkins/ evans. I would not go out of my way to get any item from Old Navy -- the quality tends to be low.

Also if you are a UK 20 -- I think you might be a US 16.

Old Navy jeans are pretty "cheap" in quality--hence the low prices. They look great for about ten minutes but soon lose their sturdiness and you end up with saggy arse syndrome. I speak from experience. Blush

And the sizing is odd as well--think "generous" like M&S.

Can you order from Old Navy from the UK? Last time I looked they didn't ship

It says on that link they don't ship to the UK Sad
