aaargh! perfume swap site?

I have been such an idiot and complete money-waster. Because ginger is absolutely my favourite smell and taste and I have never encountered a gingery-type fragrance I didn't immediately love, I stupidly bought the new Jo Malone limited edition Ginger Biscuit perfume online without even testing it first. I love ginger, I love biscuits, I love Jo Malone, so I thought it would be perfectly safe.

What a fool I am. It has arrived and I hate it. I don't think I can return it as I have spritzed it twice (once to test it and a second time to confirm that I did actually hate it as much as I thought I did). I am wondering if there is a perfume swapping type site where I could exchange it in return for something I do actually like (95% of other Jo Malone perfumes, for example, just not this one, aaargh). Does anyone know of one? Or any other ideas?

I meant to add that I heard about a Jo Malone perfume on here that I thought I'd love. Our nearest stockist is over an hour away so when I found myself there one day I went to try this perfume, all excited, convinced I'd love it and it was horrible!

Thanks, Norbert. I thought about Ebay - not sure how cheaply I'll have to sell it though since technically it has been used and the perfume is still freely available in the shops. I might have to cut my losses and just see what I can get for it ...

Why don't you go on the perfumista thread? Someone on there might want to swap with you.
