Posted on clothes & no joy , hoping a MN here will be able to advise ???

Do their boys sizes come up small, about right or generous ?

My 5 year old tends to be in size 4-5 in M&S & 5 in Gap & I find Boden on the whole quite generous . I like there to be some growth room but not so he looks like I bought it for an older child IYSWIM .

Thank you

My nephew is aged 2. He is a huge child- 102cm and size 9 feet, nearly 18kg.

He is in MC 3-4 and there is room for manouevring. He has just outgrown his 2-3 wool coat from there and his 3-4 Joules coat is starting to get tight on him.

His tesco/asda 3-4 are snug on him, Marks tend to be ok in 3-4, Next a bit tight around the middle for t-shirts.

I say they are a comfortable sizing. Boots are about the same on him.
