OCM - what oils should I use?

I think I have normal skin in that its not dry and its not oily.
Whats the best oil combo?

I have slightly marked skin too. Blemishes from a mad acne phase in my 20s.

Any oils help with that?

Hi, I have really sensitive skin that I've battled with for years, and acne scarring on my cheeks. I use mostly olive oil (organic extra virgin) with some castor oil and almond oil thrown in - no idea of exact quantities, but at a guess it's about 50/25/25%.

You can just use 100% olive oil though, no need to make any fancy blends!

For the scarring you could try rosehip oil, I use it as a moisturiser at bedtime (skin drinks it up!) and as a sort of serum before my moisturiser in the morning. My scarring has definitely got less noticeable Smile

Thanks Saladismyfriend
I'll try the rosehip oil.

Rosehip is good for scarring. I use sweet almond and castor oil most of the time and coconut oil and castor oil when I can be bothered warming up the coconut oil. I use coconut oil as a moisturiser too.
