I need help! My eyelashes are very short and thin. I long for lots of eyelashes! What do you recommend - is the Benefit one any good? I've tried No7 but not keen.
Any suggestions?

I have seen people posting on here before that Benefit one is rubbish. I do not like any No7 stuff myself and tend to use Lancome Hypnose Drama.

I can recommend taking your eye make up off with vaseline. It made my eyelashes grow

Max Factor 2000 Calories is the best mascara on the market.

Benefit mascaras are rubbish.

BillStickersIsInnocent · 25/02/2013 15:57

I like Max Factor Masterpiece.

Littleturkish · 25/02/2013 15:58

MAC opulash

I don't rate max factor.

daisychainsaw · 25/02/2013 16:08

MAC false lash is the best mascara I've ever come across.

laluna · 25/02/2013 16:20

I love Lancôme hypnose too.

OneLittleLady · 25/02/2013 16:23

I always found the Benefit BadGal mascara in black to be brilliant myself.

impty · 25/02/2013 16:42

max factor false lash effect is greatSmile

hpsaucy · 25/02/2013 16:45

I've just ordered myself, a Mally one from QVC, all the women at work rave about it, so going to give it a go.

abbyfromoz · 25/02/2013 16:49

Lancome hypnose... Best i have tried. I searched reviews before buying and have not been disappointed.

WillSingForCake · 25/02/2013 17:03

I used loads, and reckon Falsies (in a purple tube) by Maybelline is better than all the ones from the expensive brands.

cathers · 25/02/2013 17:06

I rate most of the Lancome mascaras or YSL false effect.

poozlepants · 25/02/2013 17:17

I use Lancome hypnose as it's one of the few that I'm not allergic to. Eyelash curlers do help if you have rubbish eyelashes like me.

dontyouwantmebaby · 25/02/2013 17:25

personal faves are:

Max Factor 2000 calorie - best overall! Will cry if they ever discontinue this.
Clinique High Impact - thickening one in green tube, NOT the others.
Benefit Bad Gal - in plum (amazing if you have green/grey eyes).

Maraki · 25/02/2013 17:26

Max Factor false lash. I put 3 coats on and people often ask me if I'm wearing false eyelashes. Reasonably priced too.

Joey8 · 25/02/2013 17:29

I use Falsies (Maybelline one with the curved brush) I find the curved shaped brushes work best to curl lashes. I agree with WillSingForCake, its really good considering its price, I wouldn't bother wasting money on more expensive brands!

CrispyHedgeHog · 25/02/2013 17:42

I've got thin short lashes and I've just bought a rimmel Scandaleyes.. it's amazing!!!!!!

WheresTheCat · 25/02/2013 20:15

Ooh, thanks folks for all the recommendations. Think I will start with one of the cheaper ones first. Thanks timidviper for the vaseline tip, will definitely try!

I've just got the new Maybelline one (the rocket) and it's fantastic. Layers really well, no smudges and my lashes look fantastic!

Missbopeep · 25/02/2013 20:59

Lancome Hypnose ( not Doll- v disappointed) or Maybeline The Falsies in the purple tube.
