Smudge-proof eyeliner

Mine is coming to the end of its life and I'm going to replace it with something else as it always smudges.

What's a good kohl pencil that will last? And any recommendations for a gel/liquid eyeliner that's easy to use? I've bought a couple but they are so long it's tricky to use them, I have no control - I need to be able to put my fingers nice and near the tip.

I have a tight budget so I'm looking at high street (Rimmel, Maybelline, etc) rather than Chanel Wink (Which may be why my stuff smudges, come to think of it...)

Have you tried Blinc?

I've only used the mascara, not the eye liner but it was good :) Although maybe not high street cheap...

I've not heard of Blinc before, I'll take a look Smile Don't really have any spare cash at the moment though so something cheapy would probably be better for now.

Revlon Colorstay is pretty good, on offer buy one Revlon product, 2nd one half price ( I also recommend their Grow Luscious mascara ). Rimmel have a waterproof one too that's had great reviews. Can't remember the exact name.

Best one I've tried is a Dior one, sorry . . .

Maybelline Gel eyeliner that comes in a little pot with a brush is very good.

I've heard that Maybelline gel one is great, but on the Boots website it has very mixed reviews - some people say it doesn't budge, some people say it's a mess?
