Glossy hair? How?

How do people get soft glassy hair? I have naturally cury hair and no matter what shampoo/conditioner/deep treatments I use its still weak/split and dull. Its dark brown/black and just above my shoulders

I have horrendously damaged hair which will soon be cut. I do a 3 minute masque wrapped in a towel whilst in the bath, rinse out, use a leave in spray on conditioner too.

Guess that's the price for years of being blonde.

I mean glossy

I use the liz Earle hair care range and my hair is long, dark and curly and lovely and glossy too. I wash every day due to gym.
