A Boden question

So I ordered somethings after the combined code thread and some other things I wanted were out of stock.
they then came back in and I ordered more do you think if I ask they will take the additional percent off the second lot of stuff and refund me?
It will be going back if not.........

I am not sure I have understood you right. Have you ordered some stuff and now want them to allow you to use a code that has run out? If so I doubt they will allow you to use it. They may offer you a current code.

I don't think so...you should have ordered the out of stock items at the time...

Umm but they were out of stock have a missed a trick

i just keep reading about Bodens good customer service and I am sure I have read on here about them reducing things after they have been ordered if the price goes down so I just wondered......

I think that once a code's expired then that's it. Boden have excellent customer service but they are still a business!

I received a leaflet from Boden today announcing a seven day spectacular from 25 feb to 3 mar with up to 40% off. You may be lucky and find your items even further reduced. Fingers crossed.
