Neon for spring

Anyone wearing neon and how are you planning to wear it? I was thinking of getting a couple of things eg necklace and t shirt but not sure i can pull it off! Is it still fashionable?

Love your board!
I really like a pop of yellow amongst an otherwise neutral outfit. So far I have a neon yellow necklace and a yellow cardi, both from H&M. I tend to wear black/grey/white/navy otherwise.
No idea if it's really fashionable though...

Great board. I would like some pink or blue neon, maybe as a trim on shoes or a layering t-shirt or a cardigan.

Beth on the Style Guile blog seems quite into flashes of neon, she has some great styling ideas. I have just bought a cream jumper with tiny neon flecks from m&s limited collection but not worn it yet.

I think you need to pick one neon colour that suits you and buy a couple of bits only, and I love the brights with nudes on your pin.

I have a bright coral hobo bag from Marc Jacobs - this one - (that's not me btw) - and I like the way she's styled it with a denim shirt. The matching trousers look fab on her, but not sure I'd get away with it, maybe a white tee and nude trousers and coral shoes or necklace instead. Haven't carried the bag much as a) it's a shoulder bag not crossbody which isn't practical with a toddler and b) the colour feels summery so waiting for warmer weather!

I love hot pink too, and turqoise though that's not really neon. IMO the harder ones to do would be proper fluoro green and yellow.

I love the necklaces you've pinned, great with a really simple outfit. H and M and Zara have some fab neon necklaces atm.

I had a quick look in h&m this morning, there were a couple of neon scarves, and quite a few clothes eg t shirts, blouses, jeans, jackets etc. not sure I'm brave enough for a jacket but think a t-shirt under a jacket would work. I didn't like any of the necklaces. The one I really love is this zara one from last year, it's going for double the original price on eBay!

I have a neon scarf, bag, 2 tops, nail polish and a necklace.

I like to wear neon with black, white and grey and not too much neon at the same time!
e.g. Grey jeans, black top, white blazer, neon bag.

I've been wearing neon all winter but can't wait to wear it with a light fake tan.

Yes! I have a neon orange t-shirt I bought with grey sleeves that I wear with dark blue jeans - get lots of compliments on it - bought it for 7 dollars on the GAP sale at Christmas
JumpHerWho I love the Marc Jacobs hobo bag - I tried one at the airport and its really beautiful.
Thanks for the boards ladies, I do prefer it when there is only one piece of neon like the green and yellow shirts.
