I'm very short, exactly five foot tall to be precise. I am however, very wide, especially through the hips. I'm roughly a size 16/18 on the bottom depending on the shop I'm buying from. I vary between a generous 12 through to a 16 on top, again depending on shop. I have a big wobbly stomach and seemingly massive boobies. I have no idea how to dress, I don't know what works for my shape and size. Please can someone advise me of what kind of styles I should be looking for to best flatter my ever expanding figure. Yes, I know that losing some weight would be the ultimate solution but the various medications I am taking and cannot stop taking, make losing weight almost impossible 
. I just want to look nice for once instead of looking like a tied up sack of shit.
