Of those two I'd probably pick grey sage, but then I'm more of a 'grey' person than a navy one.

MarathonMama · 21/02/2013 11:08

I was inclined to the grey but tend do wear lots of blue so thought the navy may look better

Both :o

libertychick · 21/02/2013 12:06

I like the grey sage and I wear a lot of blue - I think the grey would work well with blues.

AmberNectarine · 21/02/2013 12:17

I've got both, grey sage goes with more.

foxysocks · 21/02/2013 12:46

I love the grey

MarathonMama · 21/02/2013 13:36

i'm considering a white pair as my old white converse bit the dust at the end of last summer. are they quite slim fitting, those in the know?

Annianni · 21/02/2013 14:08

Sorry... I've got burgundy at the moment.
I'd like navy and sage grey for Spring and something lighter for Summer.

I find them quite big fitting Foxy

cardoon · 21/02/2013 16:08

Are Superga better than Converse/how do they differ?

shrimponastick · 21/02/2013 16:13

I have navy. (bought when on sale... half price. Keep your eyes out, they seem to have regular sales - I am on the email list.]

I was never a Converse fan. The Superga seem to have sturdier soles - i.e. more comfortable. I bought mine just prior to a trip abroad last Sept - I did not suffer any rubbing or blisters. Ace.

Size wise - I ordered a 7 - which is 41. I would have prob preferred a 6.5 which I guess is a 40? But they are fine.

shrimponastick · 21/02/2013 16:14

foxy - They look slim fitting, but I have quite wide ish feet - and have no problem with them.

LittleAbruzzenBear · 21/02/2013 16:23

Are Superga comfy? I want some for my summer hols. I like the lilac ones!

shrimponastick · 21/02/2013 16:51

I think they are comfy.

As I said in my post - I bought them just prior to a trip - I was going to the USA. I wore them to travel in, and whilst there - no rubbing at all. I don't wear socks with them usually.

I believe they can go in the washing machine too, if they get stinky ;)

Annianni · 21/02/2013 18:28

I think they are very comfortable.
I've worn them without socks and not had any problems.

BillStickersIsInnocent · 21/02/2013 18:46

I find them quite wide fitting, but I've got narrow feet.

LittleAbruzzenBear · 21/02/2013 18:56

Thanks, you've persuaded me to buy a pair!
