Parlux, OMG!

Another revelation, thanks to mumsnet.. My old hair dryer died in smoke, so I decided to bite the bullet and shell out for a parlux, after reading lots of great recommendations on here. (Yes, I make ALL of my life choices and decisions after consulting a parenting forum)
I got the 3800 Eco friendly one and oh my god. It really is amazing! It took half the time to dry and style my hair, I dried it with a round brush and it is so full of volume I look like I've just been to hairdressers. It is so smooth I don't need to run the straighteners through it at all.

Thanks to everyone who recommended it!

I'm definitely getting one! Sounds amazing.

Me too. Anyone know the best place to buy from, please?

duende · 21/02/2013 12:11

I bought from www.ukhairdressers.com
It was the best price and they sent some mini straighteners for free.
Delivered very quickly.

If you can get to a Sally's/Salon Services they sell them. And it's VAT free day today so 20% cheaper (they do that once a month).

Am I doing something wrong?! I bought a Parlux a few weeks ago and I can't even notice a difference! My hair still takes about two years to dry and the Parlux is so powerful that by the end it's all tuggy!! :(

freerangeeggs · 21/02/2013 19:42

It also dried out the skin on my face!!

So Sally sell to anyone or do you need a trade account?

Havingkittens · 21/02/2013 22:10

Anyone can buy stuff from Sally's. I think VAT free day is applicable to everyone too. The difference being that if you have a Sally trade card you pay a lower price for products than consumers do - and you get notifications of when the VAT free days are.
