Just popped on to snog whoever it was who recommended these beauties. Tried them on earlier in a 14 (I'm easily a 14 at the mo) and had to switch and get a 12. I'm thrilled. Not only are they vanity sized but they look great and hold me in in all the right places.

AND. It's 30% off this weekend so I bought two pairs :)

Oooh I'm desperate for some new high waisted jeans - are they online?

It may have been me as I'm a huge fan. They haven't been online or in store for months Sony was very excited to see them on the web last week. Definitely size down.

Oh what waist size is that for a 12? I can never work out what to buy when in waist sizes.

I can't spot them online now, but they had lots in black and blue denim in the Bullring today.

I have a 28. Which the assistant assured me was a 12. Although I won't be surprised if someone actually tells me it's a 14!

Gap High Rise Skinnies

I am usually a size 12 but have the 28 in these and they are just right. Gap always come up large. They are very stretchy.

They are very flattering. The waist comes up past my navel which gives a really nice flat, streamlined shape.

Oh great. I really need to stop visiting S&B late evenings, it's costing me a fortune. So far this week I've bought an H&M skirt, a Maison Scotch top, a bronzing brick, lipgloss, eyeshadow and now these skinnies. Thanks ladies

A 10? Oh my life. I haven't been a 10 for 10 years. Is it the high fit?

I'm a 12-14 and my blue ones from last year (14) are tighter than the black ones (12) I bought last week.

Just to confuse, I bought a 28 in the mid blue last week with 30% off instore. Was ecstatic as I am definitely a 12-14. With wear they are slightly big but still a good fit. So with the offer still on I bought online to try at home 26, 28 and 30 in the dark blue. The 26 and 28 are both too small (28 MIGHT give with wear but I am not certain how comfy they would be in the meantime i e I might not wear them at all). 30 fits like the other pair do after 3/4 wears. So I am confused and sending them all back as my new resolution is only to buy if something is perfect. Maybe the darker washes are like bras and have more dye so are stiffer? Anyway, my point if I have one is to try lots and take from the bottom and top of the pile in store as the fits obviously vary a good bit. I still love the original ones so I thank you for the tip too, even if I possibly got a freak pair!

Thank you just ordered them in a 28. I have put regular length which should be 31? I have short legs.

I bought these yesterday, but although I love the high waist, I don't think theyre skinny, they're more like a slim fit? Can't decide if I want to keep them, as they're not tight on the leg at all

They're skinny on me too. Well, as skinny as a true denim can be - bit quite so skinny as the super skinnies or the Topshop Leigh.

I'm wearing the dark blue ones today and they actually feel a tad loose. This is some crazy sizing!
