Petite trousers needed fast!

My super stylish mama has broken her arm/shoulder...so for the first time she is venturing into elasticated waist trousers. Shouldn't be too complicated to find some, I'm thinking palazzo style/yoga style trousers in black, with a lovely roll down waistband might fit the bill and meet her comfort and vanity requirements.

Only problem is she is approx a UK size 4/6 and no more than 5 ft tall on a good day! I cannot find any that are tiny enough.

Any suggestions very gratefully received.

Kids departments? Teenage sizes should work?

I'm not sure if she'll get an elasticated waist that fits vanity requirements. I've got short M&S yoga type trousers (I'm 5'1" though nowhere near as slim as your mama!) - comfortable but not exactly stylish. I was wondering if Lands End petite would have anything but I think they only go down to size 8.

I've looked at a few petite ranges but everything has some sort of waist fastening.

I bought a pair of really fantastic quality Calmia yoga trousers in TKMaxx a couple of weeks ago (£85 for £14.99). Really heavy cotton/stretch knit (really warm), and were "cut your own length" - the hem just curls in on itself.

Definitely recommend1
