Isabella Oliver sizes help please

Brandalley have Isabella Oliver today and I need a black going out dress. If in doubt I usually order a size bigger as I'm really tall and have broad shoulders. Is that a safe bet?
£7.95 p&p (ouch) but 60% off!!

I would say yes as I found Isabella Oliver stuff came up fairly small. However with Brandalley I often order two sizes to be safe, since by the time you get it you can't order the other size, but you can return it...
