That's just about it, really. Placed an order during the 40% off period on 12th December, got a "processing" email then never heard anything else. Not charged so didn't think about it, assumed item was out of stock. It arrived in the post today and the amount was taken off my credit card a few days ago.
Suspect it has been quite a big issue as same thing happened to my sister. Not great though!
